Although we took all precautions to ensure you receive a top quality product, for you do receive an item from us, which is faulty, please contact us by email email@example.com to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund the actual return postage fee up to a maximum of £5.00.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns in person at either our head office or warehouse.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they
reach us. For your own protection,
we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
